Kathy and Shelby live at the quiet crossroads just outside of Newton, NC with their owners Mike and Beth. It is from the knoll of St. James that they watch the world go by and remember their former life in north central Montana. Those were the days of gophers, long summer days, walks in the coulees, camping at East Glacier, bitter cold nights in winter when the thermometer read 40 degrees below zero, the wonderful neighbors Lexie and Monica who used to spoil them, yes, these are but distant memories forever sweet.
Now, days are full of chasing deflated basketballs in the softball field behind their house, meandering through the tall grass in search of unknown treasures, investigating Mike's office at the church, listening to the pained screeching of the neighboring peacocks, and wondering when Josh and Abby are coming for a visit.
They invite you to come and share in their adventurous lives.
