Wow, there are so many cool features to learn about with this blog thing. It truly is a dog's world. What with color and fonts, pictures and captions, we could play at this all day. Sure am glad Mike and Beth are hooked up to high speed internet...It would take forever without that.
Speaking of Beth and Mike, they're planning another trip to Montana soon. They just went there at Easter and at Christmas before that, and Beth even went when "The Favored One" came. First they stuck us in a kennel, which was horrible...all that incessant barking. The next time they left us with Josh, which was cool. We love being with Abby, Josh and Arden. They play with us and let us be dogs. They are the "We're for Dogs" kind of people. Josh especially likes me (Kathy), but don't tell Shelby. It's just that I've been around for so long, you've got to love me.
Anyway, back to the trip. Yes, Beth and Mike are going to Chicago for a couple of days in mid-June to see Mr. Wilson, Zach and Hannah. Then it is on to Cut Bank for Zach Murphy and Tia Coleman's wedding. They'll spend several days in Cut Bank and then head to the big hills to the west where we all used to camp. Gosh, that water at Two Med was cold. Fur was no insulation against water with ice in it. After their mountain top experience, they'll head to Missoula to see our friends Crash and Annie, Derek and Katie, and of course come back thoroughly Simonized. They'll also go to Cassie Tomsheck's wedding and Simon's baptism. Then they'll head home or so they say. Shelby and I have been overhearing just bits and pieces of the conversations, so if we get it wrong, don't blame us. The walls are pretty thick, they're something called plaster. Which in dog translates into "really hard substanse" when you accidently hit it trying to chase a ball in the house. OOPs, did I say "chasing a ball in the house?" No, I said, "being quiet as a mouse." Wow, that was a close one. Better go for now.
